What’s hindering you from being the best leader you can be? 

As leaders, we have multiple commitments to various stakeholders, including the responsibility to be of service to the people we manage, which can be both rewarding and challenging at the same time. These don’t always feel aligned to our core values, leading to personal conflicts and can hold us back from making the right decisions at the right times. We may find ourselves navigating tricky, winding and sometimes lonely paths, filled with doubts and uncertainties. 


We grow as leaders through our own experience, introspection and taking meaningful action; by stretching our own boundaries can we lead people with compassion and be able to engage and motivate them.

This project is designed to be your companion through these steps and help you define your own unique leadership style.

The world needs more compassionate and authentic leaders who are able to meet the complex needs of the ever-changing environments we live and work in.

This experience has been created in collaboration between The Mind Takeaway, Treffen and Clustered.


All of us banded together to solve the most important leadership gaps and we will address the lack of support and mentorship for leaders, so often missing in today’s technology-driven and fast-changing environments.

Make meaningful connections with fellow leaders


Leaders often have fewer people to turn to when things get tough or when they seek advice. As you rise, you'll find less people who deeply understand the challenges and opportunities ahead, and how to navigate them.

This project offers you an intimate, supportive (while equally challenging) container to show up as you are, bringing the frustrations, celebrations and everything in between to the table. 

There will only be 10 places in the group, kept small so you get the optimal level of support, where you will be able to experience what it takes to become a compassionate and sustainable leader and learn from your own experience as you grow.


You will learn from like-minded people, grow as a group of leaders together, and get to share your experiences and challenges during and after the program. 

A program tailored
to your needs 

During our time together you will be supported on a weekly basis, coached to achieve the goals you set for yourself and challenge the beliefs that may be holding you back.


You will be able to express yourself in an environment that will help you transform into the leader you want to be. Over the 3 months, we will uncover what makes a great leader and unpack the practical and tangible approaches that can be taken.
