Whole body learning occurs when teachers and students engage physically, mentally, and emotionally in the learning cycle. This course focuses on connecting research and theory with dynamic elements taken from the traditional arts of Qi Gong, Tai chi and Taijutsu, combining them with TRE (trauma release exercises) for a healthier integration of body and mind.
Who is this course for?
This course is for people who feel...
blocked or stuck in the same place, unable to move forward or back (even if it's a nice place, but you're longing to evolve)

What will you learn?
Take a deep dive into understanding your natural self defense responses and trauma, combining effective body dynamics with theory, and guided learning modules designed to address the biology of self defense and trauma, how it's caused, why it continues, and how to let it go.

- Safe, guided movement through research-based exercises and martial arts techniques
- Journaling prompts and on-your-own explorations to dive deeper, at your own pace
